Job Title: RN – MS/Tele Location: Greensboro, NC 27401 Shift: 3x12s, Nights, 7p-730a (Every 3rd Weekend, Holidays as needed – Float required) Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Acute Care Rehab experience preferred.

BLS EPIC Interpretation of laboratory results, Medication reconciliation, Patient Health Questionnaire History Allergies, Vital Signs – Blood Pressure, Respirations, Temperature, Pulse Dressing Change, Set up aseptic /sterile procedure trays Capillary, Labeling of specimens, Throat, Urine – UA Clean Catch, Phlebotomy Telephone Triage, Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests

CVA, TBI, ABI, Spinal Cord Injury, Neurological dx, generalized debility. Inpatient rehab department, Specialized care for qualified patient with rehabilitation needs. (s p stoke, aneurysm, post-op surgical)
