Night Auditor

Hotel Night AuditorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation while providing exceptional service to our guests.Key Responsibilities:Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.Maintain the security of the hotel and ensure the safety of guests and staff.Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
