Are you a BCBA looking for an opportunity to focus on clinical leadership, staff development, and meaningful outcomes for children and families?

Our Lead Therapists partner with dedicated operational leaders, allowing them to focus on treatment quality, staff development, and family support while operational responsibilities are managed elsewhere.
What You'll Do- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision to Children's Autism Treatment Technicians
- Monitor treatment fidelity and client progress
- Analyze clinical data and modify treatment recommendations as needed
- Provide parent education, consultation, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment team members
- Support staff development through coaching, modeling, and clinical feedback
Work where treatment matters most: in children's homes, communities, and natural environments

- Full-time salaried position
- Flexible schedule that includes client sessions, supervision, and family meetings
- Services provided primarily in homes and community settings
- Travel between client locations is required
- Milwaukee and Brookfield Areas
- Paid Time Off (PTO): up to 18 days in first year

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Wisconsin Behavior Analyst license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Minimum of three years of experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families
- Experience providing clinical supervision and staff development
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with children and families in home-based settings
- Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) experience or certification
- Experience developing and delivering staff training
- Meaningful work with children and families
