Qualifications:

• Active Illinois SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in school-based settings, especially with elementary and middle school populations, preferred
• Willingness and ability to work onsite full-time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours/week)
• Quick adaptability, strong communication skills, and a student-centered mindset

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in elementary and middle school
• Develop and implement effective IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed
• Communicate regularly with families, staff, and administrators
• Ensure documentation meets school and legal requirements
