Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Site Reliability Engineer / Cloud Architect with strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting highly scalable and reliable AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong architecture and engineering background, excellent AWS expertise, and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CloudFormation, Terraform, and Python .

Primary Responsibilities

Design, architect, and implement scalable, highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation (YAML) and Terraform .
Design and support AWS services including EC2, ECS, Route 53, Elastic Load Balancing, Lambda, SQS, S3, EFS, and RDS .
Develop automation and operational tooling using Python .
Ensure reliability, scalability, availability, and performance of cloud infrastructure.
Participate in cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization, and engineering initiatives.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues across AWS environments.
Establish cloud infrastructure standards, best practices, and automation strategies.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance on AWS solutions.

Required Skills

Strong Architect/Engineer experience in cloud infrastructure.
Extensive hands-on AWS experience.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) .
Hands-on experience with CloudFormation YAML and Terraform .
Strong knowledge of EC2, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancers, Lambda, SQS, S3, EFS, and RDS .
Strong Python scripting/programming experience.
Experience designing highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud environments.
