Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards and nursing processes.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
• Ensure compliance with established nursing protocols and standards of care.
• Provide patient education and support for patients and their families.
• Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
