Schedule 7p | 12‐Hour Shifts Per Diem flexibility What You’ll Do Provide respiratory care to patients across a variety of acuity levels in an acute care setting Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and other respiratory treatments Manage and monitor ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and other life‐support equipment Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and analysis as required Respond to respiratory emergencies, rapid responses, and code situations Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and equipment use Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately in the medical record What We’re Looking For Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care (hospital) Respiratory Therapy experience required CRT or RRT credential required BLS required (ACLS preferred depending on assignment) Strong assessment, critical‐thinking, and clinical decision‐making skills Experience with ventilator management and high‐acuity patient populations Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‐oriented approach Why You’ll Love This Opportunity You’ll work with advanced respiratory technology, support patients through critical moments, and collaborate with highly skilled care teams—while enjoying the flexibility of per diem scheduling.
