Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Hours per Shift: 12 Hours

Experience: Minimum 1 year required; LTC and IDD experience preferred

License: Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (state-specific single-state or multi-state compact)

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have: Flexibility to work mandatory overtime in a 36/48-hour workweek rotation

Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients within a long-term care and IDD population. Responsibilities include patient assessments, administering medications, implementing care plans, and monitoring patient progress. The LPN will work collaboratively with healthcare team members to promote safe and effective patient care. This position requires the ability to adapt to the needs of patients with complex and developmental care requirements. Mandatory overtime in a 36/48-hour workweek rotation is required.
