Registered Dietitian (RD)- PART TIME or Full Time Skilled Communities

Position Overview DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide skilled care in long‑term community settings. The role may be split or filled by one RD. Candidates must be able to conduct onsite visits Monday‑Friday during regular business hours. Total hours per week may vary depending on the number and assignment of communities (18‑28 hours per week). The position offers competitive pay based on experience and current needs. You work closely with the clinical team to monitor residents’ nutritional needs, provide nutrition education, contribute to MDS development, and create nutrition assessments with input from dining managers. You provide guidance on dining services, meal rounds, sanitation best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You train and mentor dining managers and staff, assist with policy development, and monitor implementation of effective nutritional care systems. Qualifications Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials State licensure if required Preferred: 2 years consulting experience, especially in long‑term care Solid interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and represent DiningRD professionally Work Schedule Monday‑Friday during regular business hours with some flexibility within that schedule.
