We're hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support inpatient and outpatient home-based rehab services in scenic eastern Oregon. Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across a variety of care settings
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve function in daily living and promote independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and lifestyle strategies
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold quality care standards

Role Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree followed by a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
