Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) is seeking a full-time neuroradiologist to join their academic team in Tampa, FL. This role involves working at Tampa General Hospital, a stroke center of excellence, and collaborating with other RAF divisions across the state. The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained in neuroradiology with comfort in general radiology and an interest in teaching. Practice Info Academic role affiliated with the University of South Florida, with opportunity for faculty appointment Serve Tampa General Hospital, a stroke center of excellence Team-based style of practice with an experienced team of subspecialists State-of-the-art IT suite includes universal PACS, AI tools, and integrated doc-to-doc communication widgets Locally and democratically led practice Teaching physicians for the University of South Florida Department of Radiology in Tampa Responsibilities Perform a full breadth of neuroradiology examinations, including in the domains of trauma, stroke (including CT perfusion with RAPID software), oncology, dementia, movement disorders, as well as functional MRI Teach neuroradiology, particularly to the fellow Participate in breast imaging if desired Maintain proficiency in lumbar punctures and myelography if desired Compensation The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000 Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus Internal moonlighting program with unmatched flexibility, allowing radiologists to moonlight from home as much or as little as they prefer, without having to commit to extra shifts Benefits 10 weeks of PTO for partners Full suite of benefits including medical malpractice & tail plus 401k Competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth Shift & Schedule Full-time (30+ hrs/week) Workdays are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday Low volume of weekend duty, with an average of only 10 days per year of weekend shifts Requirements Fellowship-trained neuroradiologist with comfort in general radiology Interest in teaching neuroradiology MD or DO Residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology BE or BC by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology Completed one year of post-residency fellowship training in neuroradiology MQSA Preferred, but not required Medical license or the ability to obtain a license in the state of FL
