Advance your career with impactful projects and technical growth opportunities.Job DescriptionOverviewDesign and develop advanced electrical systems for innovative autonomous platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Create and optimize multi-layer PCB layouts, focusing on signal integrity, EMI mitigation, and thermal management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with embedded systems and mechanical designs.Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure scalability, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.Manage component selection, BOM tracking, and qualification processes for production readiness.Engage with manufacturers and vendors to oversee prototyping and production phases.Document design iterations, validation procedures, and engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle.Support innovation in UAVs, robotics, and battery-powered systems through cutting-edge electrical engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities & DutiesDesign and layout multi-layer PCBs for mixed-signal applications, ensuring compliance with high-current and IPC standards.Conduct board bring-up and debugging using advanced lab equipment and tools.Collaborate with vendors for stack-up planning, manufacturing reviews, and DRC validation.Integrate PCB designs with mechanical CAD workflows, validating constraints and ensuring seamless integration.Perform manual PCB assembly, rework, and modifications as needed for prototyping.Support lifecycle management of hardware designs, ensuring long-term reliability and scalability.Collaborate with embedded systems engineers for hardware validation and debugging.Drive innovation in electrical design for UAVs, robotics, and autonomous systems.Job RequirementsBachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering or related field required.Minimum 1 year of experience in designing multi-layer mixed-signal PCBs; 3 years preferred.Proficiency with Altium Designer; experience with KiCad or OrCAD is advantageous.Strong understanding of signal integrity, power distribution network design, and PCB layout best practices.Familiarity with IPC standards and PCB fabrication processes.Experience with UAVs, robotics, or battery-powered systems is highly desirable.Hands-on experience with PCB assembly, rework, and debugging tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.Self-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
