Cactus Wren Home Cleaning

Cactus Wren Home Cleaning is hiring reliable, detail-oriented residential cleaners to join our growing team serving Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe, and Scottsdale.

We’re looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and enjoy helping people feel good in their homes.

Pay & Perks

Starting at $20/hour
100% of tips go directly to cleaners

Job Responsibilities

Perform residential cleaning services including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors
Complete deep cleans and recurring maintenance cleanings
Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards
Communicate professionally with clients and management
Arrive on time and maintain a positive attitude

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning or housekeeping experience
Reliable transportation
Smartphone with internet access
Ability to pass a background check before beginning work
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and professional
Ability to work independently and efficiently

Schedule

Part-time
Flexible availability preferred
Most cleanings occur between 7 AM – 6 PM
