SALES EXECUTIVE – LUXURY VACATION OWNERSHIP
Sedona, Arizona | $150K-$400K+ Earning Potential
SELL VACATION EXPERIENCES. BUILD YOUR INCOME.
Capital Vacations is the fastest-growing company within our sector of the Hospitality Industry. We pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class service and providing access to over 90 internal club destinations, plus thousands more external options. Our mission is simple: to provide quality vacations to our valued members and guests.
Capital Vacations is hiring in Sedona, AZ and looking for proven sales professionals who know how to build trust, create value, and close.
This is a high-income, performance-driven opportunity with uncapped earning potential and a clear path for advancement.
COMPENSATION
- $150K-$400K+ first-year earning potential
- Uncapped commissions up to 18%
- Two consecutive days off each week | Weekends & holidays required
- Weekly base pay + monthly performance bonuses
- Accelerated bonus structure
- Top producers rewarded for performance
- Industry-leading sales training and coaching
- Real Estate License reimbursement up to $1000

- Build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Identify client needs and create tailored solutions
- Guide guests through the sales process
- Close with confidence and consistently exceed goals
