Revenue increased from A$57 million in 2024 to more than A$217 million in 2025, supported by record profitability, a global sales pipeline exceeding A$2.5 billion, and annual R&D investment of over A$50 million.Since 2017, DroneShield has grown from 11 employees to more than 550 globally, with operations across Australia, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, supporting customers in over 70 countries.DroneShield's U.S. headquarters in Warrenton, Virginia, supports American customers through locally based R&D, sales, customer support, and engagement with defense and security stakeholders.About the RoleDroneShield is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead execution of complex customer deployments, demonstrations, and operational delivery efforts, while supporting larger technical programs under the direction of the Technical Program Manager.This role is execution-focused with real ownership — responsible for driving planning, coordination, and execution across multiple concurrent efforts at varying levels of maturity.Many activities do not arrive as fully defined projects, and priorities can evolve based on customer requirements, operational constraints, and resource availability. Success is achieved through judgement, coordination, and action — not through rigid process alone.Working across global teams, this role acts as the central coordination point between Sales, Field Service Engineers (FSEs), Engineering, Logistics, and Operations to ensure delivery outcomes are achieved in dynamic, high-stakes environments.This Role Is Well Suited To Someone Who:Enjoys ownership, ambiguity, and practical problem-solvingBuilds strong working relationships across technical, operational, and commercial teamsIs comfortable working directly with senior leadership and operating with high visibilityActively resolves issues and keeps delivery movingThis role will energize candidates who value ownership, variety, and real operational impact. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications and location.$160,000 - $180,000 USD
