Physician Urology - Competitive Salary

Job Description Urology Physician needed near Sacramento, CA A Medical Center and Medical Foundation in the Central Valley area of CA is recruiting for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urology Physician. This 30 Physician Multi Specialty Group has 4 B/C Urology Physicians and one Nurse Practitioner. The practice call will be 1-5 and the ER call is 1-7 . The new Urology Physician will be busy from day one as they have a built in referral base to help ramp up the new Urologists practice. There is virtually no competition as they service area has over 50% deficit of Urologists in this area. The Urologists are part of a Non Profit Medical Foundation that allows the Physicians to enjoy the autonomy of a private practice with the security of being employed. The Physicians determine their own work load and schedule. The Medical Center is providing a salary guarantee, relocation package and signing bonus. They also provide a 401k plan, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance, malpractice insurance and tail coverage. The practice is located an hour from Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area.
