Responsibilities Position: Luggage Supervisor Pay Rate: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour This role requires a flexible schedule that can include mornings, nights and weekends A Luggage Supervisor will have daily contact with the clients, employees, and guests staying at the resorts. The position requires outstanding guest service skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. * Responsible for leading and directing the luggage team to provide personalized luggage delivery service to our guests * Manage and efficiently communicate with our client, employees and management staff to maintain the operation and any changes * Maintain good employee & guest relations; Handle employee and guest problems in an efficient and effective manner * Client Relations - Effectively communicate with Disney and project a positive image in responding to inquiries from our client * Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement in company objectives * Assist the operation when needed * Perform other duties as requested Qualifications This location requires employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, subject to any valid medical or religious accommodation. * Ability to work rotating shifts Including nights, early mornings, and weekends. * Complete all required training including airport compliance * At least 18 years of age or older * Eligible to work in the United States * High school diploma or equivalent * Lift up to 75lbs * Pass a criminal background screening * Pass a drug screening * Strong customer service skills * Strong verbal and written communication Appearance Guidelines Employees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image, even when working behind the scenes. It is the policy of the Company that each employee's dress, grooming, and personal hygiene should be appropriate to the work situation and be consistent with the Company's business standards. * With the exception of a fully-grown mustache, beard, or goatee all men must be clean shaven. * No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed. Any tattoos must be covered by your uniform or other means agreed upon by management. * Clean & well-maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift * Additional requirements as specified by management While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers and to communicate with customers and fellow employees. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stand; walk. The employee is also frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. In addition, the employee is required to of twist, turn, stretch, and bend on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly. The employee must be able to move in a relatively quick manner. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Peripheral vision and Ability to adjust focus.
