Job Description: Learning Lab Teacher
High School Lab Teacher Quitman County is seeking a dynamic and innovative High School Virtual and Hybrid Learning Lab Teacher to join our forward-thinking team. This role is essential for supporting the school's mission to provide high-quality education through both virtual and hybrid learning environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in digital teaching tools, capable of creating an engaging virtual lab experiences, and committed to fostering an interactive and supportive online learning community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate student performance in virtual classes.
- Monitor and report students performance to appropriate staff and parents.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in online education.
- Utilize a variety of digital class platforms and tools to deliver content and engage students in a virtual environment
- Foster a positive a learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration with high academic expectations.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes, including LMS, video conferencing tools, and interactive simulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to students and parents to ensure effective use of online classes and learning tools.
