Commercial Lines Agent
Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Lines Agent to join a growing team. As a key member of an agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. The agency specializes in providing a wide range of insurance solutions, including commercial, personal, and group benefits, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and a family-like culture.
Compensation Package

Base Salary: $2,200 - $3,000 per month for entry-level candidates; higher compensation available for experienced professionals.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).

Responsibilities

Drive sales by growing the book of business and bringing in new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Work on a variety of accounts, with a focus on commercial lines, including contractors.
Handle accounts ranging from small to large, with some exceeding $100,000 in premium.
Collaborate with a team of licensed professionals to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience:
- Prior experience in insurance production is highly preferred.
- Open to candidates with captive insurance experience.
- Entry-level candidates with a strong drive to succeed will also be considered.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance software is a plus.
