Registered Nurse Resident

Department: Med/Surg #6170 POSITION SUMMARY: The Nurse Resident is a current student or a recent graduate of an approved program of nursing who has been accepted into the El Centro Regional Medical Center Transition to Practice Nurse Residency Program. The nurse resident provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and as appropriate to all current licensures or certifications Must be a current student of an approved nursing program and awaiting RN licensure. Approved nursing programs must be accredited by a national nursing program accreditation organization, recognized by the State of California and must meet the standards set by the California Board of Nursing CPR American Heart Association If a current student, must have passed Semester I, II of an approved nursing program. Position Pay Range: $36.00/hour In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
