Internship · Tampa, FL (in-office or flexible) Real reps in prospecting, lead research, and pipeline building inside a fast-moving agency. Surroundings Group is the creative partner behind the world’s premium brands: marine, real estate, private aviation, hospitality, and the categories around them. We’re also the team behind Nautical Network, the largest multi‑platform editorial ecosystem in premium marine, reaching 180 million+ viewers a year. Together they form a vertically fluent ecosystem built to scale brands in high‑trust categories. You’ll get hands‑on exposure to how business development works inside a fast‑moving agency and media ecosystem: prospecting, lead research, outreach preparation, opportunity tracking, and growth strategy. You contribute to live workflows and real business development efforts, not shadow work. Responsibilities Prospect research and lead generation across our target categories Building and organizing lead lists and opportunity pipelines Outreach preparation, market research, and business development initiatives Identifying strong‑fit brands, companies, and partnership opportunities Learning how SG and Nautical Network position themselves in premium markets Qualifications Interested in sales, partnerships, marketing, media, or business growth A strong communicator with professionalism and initiative Organized, curious, and eager to learn Excited by the premium categories we work in: marine, real estate, hospitality, aviation, and beyond We’re not always hiring for this role, but we’re always building the pool.
