Saw Operator\ Machine Operator
We are searching for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an entry level machinist at Dynamic Engineering in Watertown, SD. As a saw operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality precision parts and components while ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for skill development and growth within our organization.
Hours:
- Flexible 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday
- Optional OT available Thursday and Friday

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to produce parts according to precise specifications using drawings.
- Perform routine machine set-ups, adjustments, and maintenance to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct inspections to guarantee parts meet quality standards and promptly address any deviations or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production problems and improve processes.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability and desire to learn the interpretation of blueprints, and quality control specifications.
- Familiarity with operating machinery such as lathes, milling machines, or grinders is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity to handle tools and perform precision work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical or vocational training in machining or related field is a bonus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
