- Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing
- Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and extractors
- Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE at all times
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Travel to different sites as scheduled may be required
- Previous floor care experience preferred (strip & wax, carpet extraction, etc.)
- Ability to operate floor machines and cleaning equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including some nights or weekends as needed
