In this role, you’ll connect with customers, learn what matters to them, recommend coverage that fits their needs, and follow through to earn their business. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop new business, build lasting relationships, and work toward meaningful production goals.

Responsibilities

• Connect with warm, inbound leads supplied by the agency. No cold calling is required.
• Talk with prospective customers about their needs, priorities, and existing coverage.
• Prepare quotes and offer insurance products such as Auto, Home, Renters, RV, Commercial, Umbrella, Pet, and Life.
• Explain coverage options clearly and recommend solutions that fit each customer’s situation.
• Follow up with prospects and work toward individual sales and production goals.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Partner with the customer experience team to help new customers transition smoothly after purchasing.
• Keep customer records, sales activity, and follow-up notes accurate and up to date.
• Follow agency procedures, carrier requirements, and applicable insurance regulations.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• An active Texas Property Casualty license; a Life Health license is a bonus.
• Experience succeeding in insurance sales or another goal-focused sales role.
• Confidence and drive to work toward measurable sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to address concerns and close sales.
• A dependable, self-directed approach to follow-up and daily work.
• Openness to feedback and a desire to keep improving.
• A team player who enjoys working with motivated, supportive colleagues.
