Condiment Room Team Lead: Beloit, Wisconsin

Our customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting a Condiment Room Team Lead to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Condiment Room Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, training team members, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting blending operations while ensuring production and quality goals are met.

Responsibilities of the Condiment Room Team Lead:

• Lead daily production activities to meet volume and shipping schedules.
• Read and follow bills of material to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain departmental records and required documentation.
• Ensure machinery, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness of the blending room per schedule.
• Record lot numbers and ingredient amounts and report to Inventory Control.
• Unload ingredients such as flour and salt using a forklift.
• Communicate shortages, equipment issues, staffing needs, or regulatory concerns to supervisors.
• Train team members on SSOP and food safety standards.
• Provide orientation and on-the-job training for new hires.
• Promote and support Safe Quality Foods (SQF) standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Condiment Room Team Lead Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and direct the work of others.
• Good basic math skills.
• Technical degree, apprenticeship, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and climb for extended periods.

Pay for Condiment Room Team Lead: $19.00 – $22.00/hour
