Join one of the Hamptons' premier luxury home builders.

We are an established East Hampton-based general contractor specializing in the construction of exceptional custom homes for discerning clients throughout East Hampton, Southampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, Amagansett, and the surrounding Hamptons.

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day construction of high-end custom residences. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship while maintaining schedules and building strong relationships with homeowners, architects, subcontractors, and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through final completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and identify solutions to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and quality control.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners.
• Maintain accurate daily job logs and project documentation.
• Anticipate and resolve field issues before they become problems.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing high-end custom residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction methods and sequencing.
• Thorough understanding of framing, finish carpentry, mechanical systems, and site development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining a positive and professional jobsite.
• Experience coordinating inspections and working with local municipalities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, email, and basic construction management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
