As an RN at Edgewood, you'll provide medical care and supervision to our residents! New grads welcome - come learn from the best! We currently have openings in both areas of our community, including one Assisted Living position and one Memory Care position, depending on your interest and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
• Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
• Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
• Assess current and prospective residents
• Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications:

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience supervising staff
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
• Passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
