Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches, including physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHP). We value clinical relationships and believe this collaborative approach provides the highest level of care. Customize patient care: Clinicians have the autonomy to determine session frequency and length. Work includes individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing, tailored to each patient's needs. Set your own schedule: Create a work/life balance with flexible scheduling. Typically work Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Focus on patient care; no additional on-call responsibilities. Our back-office team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, allowing clinicians to dedicate time to patients without administrative burdens.
