Role Description As a Senior Motion Designer at dub, you will create high-impact motion graphics and animations that bring the brand, product stories, and educational content to life across digital channels. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to concept, storyboard, and produce video assets for campaigns, product launches, social media, and in-app experiences. Daily responsibilities include developing visual narratives, designing and animating motion systems, refining assets based on feedback, and ensuring all motion work aligns with brand guidelines and performance goals. You will also help establish best practices, mentor other designers on motion principles, and contribute to a cohesive visual identity for the platform. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Qualifications Strong expertise in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Advanced skills in Animation and Storyboarding to develop clear visual narratives and smooth, engaging motion sequences. Hands-on experience with Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for multiple platforms and formats. Proficiency with industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar). Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling motion content for diverse audiences. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments. A portfolio showcasing high-quality motion work across different formats (product, brand, social, explainers) is required. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Film, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in fintech, investing, or consumer tech startups is a plus, along with familiarity with performance-driven creative. #J-18808-Ljbffr dub
