Westbound & Down Brewing Company is a family-run business with deep Colorado roots that aims to infuse the spirit of the West in every keg, bottle, meal, and moment.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Description

Westbound & Down Brewing Company is made of a dynamic team working to provide our community with exceptional service, unique elevated fare, and distinct sophisticated beers.

Responsibilities

Maintain and clean the dishwasher area
Building salads and cold line dishes
Prepping items for the day
Run plates and cooking supplies to their proper stations
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Prepare Salads and other menu items
Other duties as assigned

Skills

Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Integrity
Ability to work well with others
