Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Destin, FL. The successful candidate will represent clients in various civil and business litigation matters, managing cases from inception through resolution. This full-time, in-person role requires a dedicated professional to join a dynamic legal team. Duties Develop case strategy and conduct discovery. Draft pleadings and motions. Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials. Maintain strong client relationships. Requirements 3-5 years of civil and/or business litigation experience. Significant experience in discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. First-chair trial experience strongly preferred. Admitted to The Florida Bar and in good standing. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Florida. Skills Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
