Dietary Aide

We’re looking for a reliable and caring team member to help keep our dining services running smoothly. As a Dietary Aide/Dishwasher, you’ll play an important part in making mealtimes enjoyable and safe for our residents by keeping the dining room clean, serving meals with a smile, and ensuring our kitchen stays spotless.Hours: 3:30pm- 7:30pm rotating weekends requiredWhat You’ll DoClear and clean dishes after each meal.Operate and monitor the dishwasher to keep everything running smoothly.Make sure dishes, silverware, and cups are clean and sanitized.Set up and clear dining tables before and after meals.Serve food and beverages to residents with kindness and respect.Keep dining areas and workspaces clean and ready for the next shift.Support your team and pitch in wherever needed.Why You’ll Love Working HereYou’ll be part of a supportive team that values respect and teamwork.Your work directly impacts residents’ daily lives, making mealtimes special and safe.Opportunities for training and growth in food services.What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma preferred (but not required).Willingness to complete on-the-job training.Dependable, cooperative, and ready to learn.Someone who enjoys working with people and can follow directions with ease.Physical RequirementsThis role is active and hands-on.
