This role offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across the full spectrum of primary care services. You will work alongside a collaborative team with strong clinical and operational support, allowing you to focus on patient care while leveraging modern care models and technology. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization shaping the future of community-based primary care.What You'll DoProvide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespanSee 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient settingDeliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with value-based care principlesCollaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams to coordinate care and improve outcomesManage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease managementParticipate in care coordination and quality improvement initiativesUtilize EMR to document care and manage patient recordsIncorporate in-office procedures based on experience and interest (optional)Provide after-hours call coverage for your patient panel (shared model may be available)Engage in team-based care and contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice environmentWho You AreMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school (required)Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)Hold an active, unrestricted Rhode Island medical license or be eligible to obtain one (required)Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care (required)Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a broad range of primary care conditionsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsComfort working in a team-based, technology-enabled care environmentInterest in quality improvement and population health initiatives (preferred)Salary range $250,000 - $275,000 USDAkido Labs, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage qualified applicants of every background, ability, and life experience to contact us about appropriate employment opportunities.
