What You’ll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: TeachADLs(cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. ImplementTreatment Plansand behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications byMAP guidelinesand document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and completetimelydocumentation. What You Bring: High school diploma/GED; direct care experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability toassistwith mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communicationskills (English) and basic computerproficiency. Compassion, patience, and commitment to trauma‑informed care. Bonus : Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese). MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification is required for this position.
