The Role As an Assistant Manager, you are the frontline leader who keeps the restaurant running smoothly — supporting the management team, energizing Teammates, and ensuring every Guest has a memorable experience. You'll learn all aspects of the operation while building the skills to advance into larger leadership roles. This is where management careers begin at Maggiano's. You'll receive hands‑on coaching, real accountability, and the opportunity to grow as fast as your talent and drive allow.
