Logistics & Transportation Senior Clerk

Responsibilities Coordinates trade marketing activities across channels to support timely execution of promotional programs, product launches, and customer-facing initiatives. Supports development and rollout of campaign materials, point-of-sale assets, and activation plans to maintain brand and promotional consistency. Monitors program schedules, material availability, and execution milestones to identify delays, gaps, and readiness issues and communicates exceptions for timely resolution. Maintains promotional calendars, campaign records, activity trackers, and execution documentation to support reporting accuracy and operational visibility. Prepares and verifies marketing support materials, program details, and activity documentation to enable accurate deployment across customer and channel touchpoints. Supports coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners by consolidating updates, documenting requirements, and aligning routine execution needs. Contributes to process optimization by identifying recurring coordination issues, documentation gaps, and workflow constraints affecting trade marketing execution. Education High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, commercial operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, marketing coordination, sales support, commercial operations, brand support, or a related field required. Certification in marketing operations, trade marketing, project coordination, or equivalent certification preferred.
