About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic Executive Vice President to oversee business operations and resident experience for a large portfolio. The successful candidate will be a key change agent and culture champion, driving operational excellence, client retention, team development, and systems integration. Key responsibilities include ensuring a best-in-class resident experience, partnering with executive leadership on client retention strategies, and spearheading internal change management. The role demands a leader who can balance high-level strategic growth with hands-on operational execution, and who is adept at driving performance and accountability across the division. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of large-scale portfolio management experience in community association management, and at least 10 years' of progressive senior executive leadership experience. A Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading organizational change, team restructuring, and systems integration, particularly in private equity or high-growth environments. A distinct blend of executive presence, financial acumen, emotional intelligence, and a growth-oriented, builder mindset is essential. The role requires a leader who can build, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team, and who is adept at maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
