Drivers average $90,000 per year with a $0.75/mi base rate plus a $0.15/mi performance bonus — up to $0.90/mi plus stop pay and load pay. Weekly averages around $1,703.* Home weekly, with time to reset. Run routes within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with a 34-hour reset at home each week before heading back out. Shifts built around the freight. Expect average 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 11 AM to 2 AM. Freight that’s close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes. Pay that grows with you.
