Use your expertise to provide valuable insights and support the success of our growing company! Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM Responsibilities Support customers with special pricing requests, preparing quotes, addressing pricing inquiries and recommending tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of quotes and strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions. Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings. Collaborate across Uline's internal departments to meet our customer's needs. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of relevant Quotes, Inside Sales or call center experience. Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
