The Details

Location: In-Person, Waco, TX Schedule: Every Weekend Required (This is when the magic happens in real estate!) Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour + a $100 bonus for every home closed.

Expert Guidance: Walk prospective buyers through our model homes and help them see the possibilities. Relationship Building: Manage the calendar, set appointments, and keep the momentum going for our customers. The "Vibe" Manager: Ensure the model home looks flawless and welcoming every single day. On-the-Job Growth: Participate in active training sessions designed to turn you into a high-performing Sales Executive.
