Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency sewer and drain cleaning services using industry-standard equipment.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for residential and commercial clients.
• Utilize video inspection technology to assess the condition of sewer lines.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and answer questions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
• Assist in training new team members and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry advancements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
