Competitive Programming AI Trainer

Salary: $180,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• We expect a strong competitive programming track record shown through a public profile, such as a Codeforces rating, IOI/ICPC participation, or a national olympiad record.
• We look for fluent contest C++ skills, including STL and complexity analysis, and comfort writing Python.
• We need someone who can identify why a solution is incorrect and craft an input that breaks it.
• We require strong written English at C1 level or above.
• For this opportunity, we ask applicants to share their competitive programming handle(s), current and peak rating, any problem-setting experience, and IOI/ICPC/olympiad history.

• We create original algorithmic problems, including a clear statement, well-formed constraints, and an intended solution.
• We write correct reference solutions in C++ and Python.
• We develop realistic incorrect solutions that reflect common mistakes for testing purposes.
• We design and strengthen test cases, including generators, edge cases, stress tests, and hacking tests.
• We build checkers and interactors with testlib for problems that allow multiple valid answers.
• We verify that correct solutions pass, incorrect ones fail, and all tasks meet time-limit requirements.
