We're looking for an Electrical Test Technician to support engineering teams by assembling, testing, and validating prototype electromechanical systems in a clean, high-tech environment.

What You'll Do
Build and assemble wire and cable harnesses for engineering, production, and service projects
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
Construct electromechanical test fixtures including motors, sensors, gauges, breakers, belts, pulleys, and more
Perform prototype testing and document results accurately using computer systems
Inspect, test, and troubleshoot material preparation equipment
Execute system-level tests and support engineering experiments
Use diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and other test instruments to identify and resolve issues
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve designs and processes
What We're Looking For
Experience as an Electrical Technician, Test Technician, or in a similar wiring/electrical role
Experience soldering and reworking PCB components
Comfortable using electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools
Basic computer skills, including Excel for documenting test results
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 years of relevant electrical, testing, or troubleshooting experience
Preferred Experience
Oscilloscope experience
Setting up and configuring testing equipment
IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification
IPC-7711/7721 Rework & Repair Certification
Experience working within an ISO 9001 environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $77000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
