Job Description:

Preparing documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and ensuring they are clean and aligned.
Operating scanning equipment and software to create digital copies.
Organizing and storing digital documents in an orderly manner for easy retrieval.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Performing quality checks to ensure the accuracy and readability of scanned documents
Entering data accurately and efficiently into computer systems.
Verifying data accuracy and correcting any errors.
Maintaining databases and ensuring data is up to date.
Using data management software proficiently to organize and retrieve data
Requires attention to detail, good organization skills, and the ability to work with technology.
