Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

$250,000 Guaranteed Base Salary + 45% Collections Starting Year 2!

We're recruiting a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, physician-focused Primary Care practice in Wellington, FL .

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $250K guaranteed base salary in Year 1

• Year 2: 45% of collections + shared savings opportunity

• Bonus: Additional annual revenue threshold bonus

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM

• Work-Life Balance: No call

• Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day

• Patient Population: Primarily geriatric (70% age 65+)

• Clinical Support: Dedicated MA and experienced office support staff
