Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Rep for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Corona, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with bilingual communication skills, ERP experience, and a strong ability to support customers, internal teams, and daily business operations.

The Customer Service Rep will help ensure a positive customer experience by responding to inquiries, processing information accurately, and supporting order-related activity within an ERP system. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries professionally by phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Enter, update, and maintain customer information, orders, and service details in an ERP system.
- Assist with order status updates, issue resolution, and general customer support requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records and provide a high level of service throughout each customer interaction.
- Support daily administrative and customer service tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $21 to $23 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Corona, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide professional customer service support to external customers and internal teams.
- Use an ERP system to enter, update, and track customer and order information.
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and follow-up requests in a timely manner.
- Support accurate communication between customers, operations, and other departments.

- 3 to 5 years of customer service experience.
- Bilingual communication skills required.
- ERP system experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach to customer support.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a business operations, distribution, manufacturing, or office support environment.
- Experience handling order entry, account updates, or customer issue resolution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
