If you share our passions and vision, thrive in a dynamic startup environment, excel on integrated cross-functional teams of individuals, are experienced and skilled in several relevant technologies (even if perhaps not in the aerospace industry), continuously seek out opportunities to learn and improve, and do not allow title or job description to limit the depth or breadth of your contributions, then we would love to hear from you.**Special Mentions:*** Multiple positions available* Shifts: listed below **B** | Monday – Friday (2pm-10:30pm) **D|** Friday- Sunday (5pm-5am)**Key Responsibilities:*** Translating engineering intent and drawings into fully functional hardware ready for test, qualification, and flight by crafting manufacturing bill of materials and work instructions.* Identifying tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.* Providing shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.* Non-conformance report (NCR) generation, management, & closure.* Supporting introduction of new products by crafting manufacturing plan artifacts including build plans, duration estimates, index plans, and tool lists.* Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency, enhancing overall productivity.* Drive the transition from development to production, proactively performing troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.**Team Focus & Domain Expertise:**The Manufacturing Engineer at Blue Origin plays a pivotal role in advancing the efficiency and reliability of aerospace components through cutting-edge assembly methods.
