Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Float to Emergency Department Observation and Medical-Surgical units as needed
• Document patient status, care provided, and clinical outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of ICU experience
• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cardiac ICU experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with float coverage across Emergency Department Observation and Medical-Surgical environments
