Our client in insurance industry is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk / Document Processing Associate to join our team in Whitehouse Station. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, administrative work in a professional office environment. Job Title: Mailroom Clerk Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ Pay Range: $17 per hour What’s the Job? Scan and digitize documents accurately Prepare, sort, and organize documents for processing Email documents and communicate with internal teams as needed Handle general mailroom and clerical duties Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information Ensure documents are processed in a timely manner What’s Needed? Strong attention to detail Basic computer and email skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Previous mailroom, administrative, or document processing experience is a plus Professional appearance and ability to follow office dress code (khakis and polo shirts; no jeans) What’s in it for me?
