Ihr Aufgabengebiet Förderung der Prozesseffizienz und Optimierung der Schnittstellen zwischen REMS und zentralen Funktionen Technische Koordination von Beschaffungsprojekten und funktionsübergreifenden Schnittstellen im gesamten REMS-Bereich Vertretung der Interessen des REMS-Bereichs in funktionsübergreifenden Projekten mit nicht-IT-bezogenem Beschaffungsschwerpunkt Erstellung funktionsübergreifender Leitlinien und Beschaffungsrichtlinien; Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholder-Partnern Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von KPIs, Managementberichten und Analysen Vorbereitung und Ausarbeitung von Vorlagen für Managemententscheidungen und Briefings für die Geschäftsleitung Funktion als technische Schnittstelle zur übergeordneten Governance-Funktion und zur zentralen Beschaffung innerhalb der Allianz Vermittlung zwischen lokalen REMS-Einheiten und Beschaffungsfunktionen innerhalb und ausserhalb von Allianz ONE Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen, Sonderaufgaben und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten (z.
